1. Services and Important Disclaimers

Liza & Toph offers interior design services with a focus on child development.

• Not Medical Advice: Our design process is guided by the professional background of our staff. However, our Services do not constitute medical, mental, or behavioral health advice or therapy. The client-consultant relationship is not a doctor-patient relationship. No information provided by us should be interpreted as a diagnosis or treatment plan. Always consult a qualified medical professional for any concerns regarding your child's health.

• Not a General Contractor: We are a specialized design consultancy. We are not licensed general contractors, builders, or architects and do not perform or assume liability for structural work. The client is solely responsible for hiring, managing, and paying any necessary licensed and insured contractors.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content, including all source code, text, graphics, logos, and images (collectively, the "Content"), are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Content without our express prior written permission.
