Your home should be a reflection of your taste and a space for your child to thrive. For too long, parents have been told they must choose.

We bridge the gap between developmental science and the art of living, creating spaces that are both beautiful for you and enriching for them.

About Colin Page McGinnis

“Designing childhood, to me, is part psychology, part sociology, and part play.”

— Colin

Colin is a developmental psychologist whose work sits at the unique intersection of childhood learning, play, and design. With graduate training in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Developmental & Learning Science and Human Sciences and over a decade of experience working in early education he brings a deep, evidence-based understanding to every project.

His approach is informed not only by academic research but by his most important role: being a father to his two children, Eliza (Liza) and Topher (Toph), the namesakes and inspiration for the entire practice.
